Admin Assistant Digital Marketing

Main Duties

  • Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day to day administrative and operational problems
  • Act as the main focal point between the client and the team Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Attend moderate client meetings
  • Preparing business reports often using word processing spreadsheet
  • Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements planning arranging and meeting schedules monitoring results
