The Contract Management Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Client Follow Up Department with administrative management activities including the following all documentary aspects of creating tracking and storing documentation related to dispute avoidance claim avoidance commercial awareness training contract compliance monitoring change management routine commercial correspondence general correspondence control document management claim drafting claim review negotiations dispute resolution preparation. The Contract Management Administrative Assistant reports to the Client Follow Up Department Head and to the Worley Contracts Manager.


Provide technical assistance functions to the NPPA Follow Up department.

Assist and support NPPA Follow Up Department Head and the subordinate Contract Managers in their daily tasks.

Maintain and manage Follow Up Department Action Item Tracking System.

Support and assist Follow Up department in tracking and managing correspondence and action items.

Organize and schedule Department internal and external meetings including scheduling location and notice to attendees.

Provide technical assistance to Worley and NPPA staff in administrative matters.

Maintain and manage technical files and records in an organized manner.

Troubleshoot and resolve staff complex administrative problems.

Ensure compliance of Worley and Client corporate guidelines in technical administrative assistant functions.

Coordinates with Contracts Management team and other team members

Organizes and leads the Administrative function of the NPPA Follow Up Department

Ensures that work is performed in accordance with Worley NPPA and DNPP project internal processes and procedures

Coordinates effectively with other project disciplines

Ensures correct and timely reporting in the Follow Up Department

Ensures NPPA Follow Up Department activities adhere to the overall DNPP Project execution plan

Assists in monitoring contract adherence in coordination with Contracts Management team

                  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Law or Business

                  Strong administrative skills 2 years of experience in administration and working in multi cultural teams

                  SKILLS COMPETENCIES
                  Advanced skills in Excel Word and Outlook software

                  Ability to manage issues to closure in a multi cultural ambiguous environment

                  Ability to communicate influence and persuade without formal authority

                  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English are essential understanding of Russian is a plus

                  Prudent use of confidential information

                  Organized and disciplined capability to plan and schedule tasks and events
